The death toll from an earthquake that hit Indonesia's Cianjur town in western Java has risen to 252, the local government said in an Instagram post.
It also said 31 people are still missing and 377 were injured, while the number of people displaced has reached 7,060.
US Geological Survey data said, the 5.6 magnitude quake struck Cianjur town in west Java, at a shallow depth of 10 km. The area where the quake struck is densely-populated and prone to landslides.
Rescuers have been working to try to save others, who might still be trapped under collapsed buildings.
