PM Modi Addresses to BJP Workers Ahead Of Karnataka Assembly Elections

After the Bharatiya Janata Party’s star-studded campaign in the poll-bound state on Wednesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi virtually interacted with 50 lakh BJP workers in Karnataka on Thursday.

During the interaction, the Prime Minister gave suggestions to BJP workers as the campaigning hits peak in the state.

Addressing the gathering, the Prime Minister said, BJP leaders who have campaigned in the state have said that they received a lot of affection from the people there. He said, this shows people's confidence in BJP.

The Prime Minister  said, he will soon join party workers in Karnataka. He said, when the booth is victorious, the victory in elections is certain. The Prime Minister told the BJP workers that their endeavours to register win at the booth levels will actually make the party win.

In the meantime, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, accompanied by his sister Priyanka Gandhi, is also set to address a rally in Mangaluru. Meanwhile, Senior Congress leaders Randeep Singh Surjewala, Dr Parmeshwar, and DK Shivakumar have filed a police complaint in Bengaluru's High Grounds Police Station against Union Home Minister and BJP leader Amit Shah and organisers of a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) rally for making provocative statements, promoting enmity and hatred and maligning opposition.

Karnataka Assembly elections is scheduled to be held on 10th of May.
