Charge Sheet Should File Immediately Against Rapist Chinglenkhomba : Meira Paibis

Meira Paibis of a class VI studying minor rape victim's locality demands the immediate charge sheet filing of rapist Laishram Chinglenkhomba (33) S/O L. Ningthou of Heirok Part III by the Police and also draw the attention of concern authorities.
A sit-in-protest was held by Meira Paibis and volunteers of local clubs condemning the animalistic action of rape on an innocent minor and many resolutions were taken.
The resolutions include creation of JAC, banishing Rapist Chinglenkhomba from the Leikai (Locality), life imprisonment of Chinglenkhomba by competent authority under due process and procedure of law and persuasion to the authority by JAC for justice and protests and movement by JAC until the deliverance of justice.
