FIR Lodged Against Kuki World Wide; Complainant Seeks Stringent Action from the Authority

An FIR has been lodged against the admin and others of “The Kuki Worldwide” Facebook Page on 3rd July 2023 at Imphal Police Station.
The FIR has been lodged by Kishorchandra Wangkhemcha against the admin and others of the Kuki World Facebook following an alleged post saying "Manipur CM Biren slept with the sister of his 2nd wife MLA Olis Lamkang and fathered a child. This shows his true character. The sister was actually raped but forced to keep silent by the CM. And the complainant has been charged as the source of the story.
The said post is shared multiple times and spread on social media. And, it is quite unfortunate that the said post is being misinterpreted, exaggerated, and used to defame the complainant and thereby promoting ill feelings among the Communities.
At this, the complainant lodged an FIR and asked the esteemed office, to kindly take necessary legal action to give stringent punishment to the culprits.
Kishorchandra also reported on 3rd July, 2023 that his name has been used, and uploaded a post on his facebook page saying, "Do you consider someone who slept and born a child with the sister of his concubine as a man of character?”
An FIR No. 563(7)2023 IPS under section 153/153-A/500/505(1)(b/505(2)/120-B IPC has been registered at the Imphal Police Station.
