LMG Extends Monetary Assistance of Rs 20.000 to a kidney-ailing patient
Like Minded Group (LMG) Manipur extended immediate monetary assistance of Rs. 20,000/- to the family of Maibam Shyamkumar who is undergoing treatment for the failure of both kidneys. Maibam Shyamkumar (23 yrs) is the son of Maibam Kunjo and Maibam Ongbi Sanahal of Tentha Khunou, Wangjing AC.
LMG has been extending help to various families in distress and misery, today's help extension was led by Chief Advisor of LMG Wangkhemcha Shyamjai accompanied by LMG Secretary Ojit Sorokhaibam, Publicity Secretary Rakesh Naorem and Kunjeshwar Mangsatabam, Inaoba Nongmaithem, Maibam Premmojit, Shrimayum Jiban Sharma, Joy Thongam, Chingtham Jibanlata and Sunil Nongthombam and other important members of LMG. They handed the monetary help to Sanahal, the mother of Shyamkumar.
Regarding the help extension Secretary of LMG Ojit Sorokhaibam expressed that showing kind and grief feelings in one sorrow and misery cannot wipe his misery, instead, we should extend help to such family extending monetary help. He said that he is very touched to hear that several generous families of Tentha extended monetary help to the family of Shyamkumar, transplantation of Shyamkumar's Kidneys will cost around Rs. 6 lakhs, and the family couldn't bear such expenses. He pleaded with everyone to extend whatever help we could give to the family of Shyamkumar.
At today's help extension, several volunteers of clubs of Tentha also accompanied a team of LMG.
