Federal Students’ Organization Kangleipak has warned some mission schools and private institutions to immediately stop the re-conduct of examinations and imposition of fines on the students who fail to clear the annual school examination.

The organization said in its press release that some private and mission schools always select only a few students to get enrolled in classes IX and X. They do so to continue their excellence in the HSLC examination and protect their fame and legacy. The organization also said that in some of these schools, the students are forced to study subjects that Manipur Board and SCERT don’t recommend.

The organization furthered that Mission and Private schools must not teach subjects and books which the SCERT and Manipur Board don’t recommend. It also warned the school to never declare a student up to VIII standards to have failed the annual examination, or else the school will pay a heavy price.

On non-allegiance to their warning, the organization will take up extreme action against them and the school authority will be held responsible for any untoward incident therein.
