Body which remains lost in Accident Recovered

Tengnoupal, May 11- One man which remains lost in the fatal accident of a Tata Intra truck hauling packaged drinking water along Imphal-Moreh Road between Tengnoupal and Khongkhang Village on the 9th of May was recovered on Tuesday. The said mishap claimed one life at the spot and one was injured and one remains lost.

A combined team of Moreh police and Tengnoupal searched the area to recover the lost body, later at around 1:30 pm the body was found dead covered by stone pebbles and water bottles. The two deceased in the mishap were identified as M. Damen Singh(27) S/o (L) M.Baba Singh of Sonai Cachar Assam and Sanjoy Singh(42) S/O (L) Gulamjat of Mantripukhri Maning Leikai. Death bodies of both the deceased were taken to Imphal for Postmortem.
