Wine And Beer Worth 1.82 Lakh Rupees Split and Set Ablaze at Excise Pallel

Kakching November 14: In the drive against the sale of liquor, the combined team of Pallel Excise and Pallel Police split and destroyed Indian-made foreign liquor and beer worth rupees 1,82700 at the campus of Excise Pallel today under the supervision of Victoria Yengkhom, SP Kakching. A huge amount of liquor has been seized during a massive drive against the sale of liquor in and around Pallel since the beginning of this year by Matum Singh Heisnam, OC, Pallel Police Sation.
“The split liquor comprised of 129 liters of Indian Made Foreign Liquor, 116 liters of Beer of different brands”, said the additional SP Kakching Yumnam Joyraj.
Additional SP (Law and Order) Kakching, Yumnam Joyraj, OC Matum Singh Heishnam, Pallel Police Station, OC S. Prafullo of Excise Station Pallel, Kakching Police Station, and other officers took part in the function.
