Conscious Planet Organizes Demonstration in Support of Save Soil Campaign by the Famous Sadhguru
Imphal, 14th May 2022: Around 150 volunteers took part in the march rally organized by Conscious Planet in support of the “Save Soil Campaign” by the famous mystic Sadhguru today.
The march began from Kangla and moved forward to Manipur university.
Kangabam Chinglemba, a volunteer in the rally, said that we have been able to survive on the earth just because of the soil. However, as man progresses, the use of chemicals becomes extensive and adversely affects the soil. Soil is an inalienable part of our survival, and if we don’t take measures to conserve and save it, we won’t be able to survive for long.
He continued that it is the right time we should take part and help Sadhguru in his Save Soil Campaign.
Save Soil is a movement launched globally by Sadhguru to address the soil crisis. He wants people from around the world to stand up as one for Soil Health. He also aims to support leaders of all nations in framing national policies and actions toward increasing the organic content in cultivable Soil.
He is currently on a 100-days - 30,000 kilometers solo motorcycle journey through Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East as part of the Save Soil Campaign
